• Local Preferences: App configurations, custom colors, and timer settings are saved locally on your device storage using Android DataStore.

Samiora requests specific system-level permissions strictly to perform its advertised utility functions:

• Display Over Other Apps (Overlay): Required to render floating utility controls over other application screens. We do not record, transmit, or inspect your screen content.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Required to keep foreground services active and display continuous timer/stopwatch status controls in your notification panel.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because your settings are stored locally on your device via Android DataStore, you maintain total control over your data. You can delete all application data at any time by clearing the app's cache/storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.

5. Children's Privacy

Samiora does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take immediate corrective measures.

We take reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no electronic transmission or digital storage mechanism can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
